Madison River Outfitters Employment Opportunities 2026

With the 2026 fishing season just around the corner, it’s time for us to start preparing for next year’s season. That means it’s time to begin our search for a few good people to join the MRO shop staff. If you have a passion for fly fishing or a desire to experience fly fishing in a new way, this may be the job for you. We are looking for knowledgeable and enthusiastic anglers to join our team.

We will begin taking applications around the first of January 2026.

The many waters of the area, including the Madison, Gallatin, and Yellowstone Rivers are world renowned. These rivers along with the scenery of Yellowstone National Park attract thousands of anglers and tourists throughout the year. This creates a fast paced environment in the shop and we expect our employees to provide friendly service and accurate information to our customers.

Time Period & Hours: Full time seasonal May to October (Time period is flexible)


Requirements: Good customer service skills
Thorough knowledge of fly fishing
Strong phone skills
Basic computer skills
