After a week of cold temps, snow and big-time wind, a few of the crew were able to get out on the Madison River this week.  Surprising how nice temps in the 50's feel. The fishing was steady with nymphs and swinging while still catching some on dries and streamers.

Our snowpack continues to hold steady while actually increasing in a few zones.  It's going to make for some happy fish later this summer.  And boy am I ready for summer and long days on the rivers.

We have been getting a lot of calls on whether the ice is off of Hebgen Lake. Well, I got four words for you "bring your ice auger" if you are looking to fish the lake.
