Upper Madison River
A week of cold nights has brought back the anchor ice to the Upper Madison's wade section. Most of the mid-river ice is melted off by noon each day, but early morning you'll be trudging through some slush out there.
With that being said, once most of the slush has melted out, the swinging has been pretty good. Was nice to find about a half-dozen fishing grabbing a swung fly out in the - READ MORE.
